Account blocked due to fair-use limits (Code: 403)

Hi Streamlit Team,

My Streamlit Cloud account has been blocked with the following message:

“Your account has exceeded the fair-use limits and was blocked by the system. Code: 403”

I believe this might be a mistake, or I would like to know how to resolve it.
Could you please help me restore my account?

Details:

  • GitHub username: sora-no-tsubasa
  • My app is deployed on Streamlit Community Cloud.
  • The issue appeared after I successfully uploaded my project to GitHub and deployed it.
  • Error: Code 403 (account blocked due to fair-use limits)
  • Python version: 3.13
  • Streamlit version: (latest from requirements.txt)
  • OS: Windows 10
