Account blocked - Error 403 (New user)

Hi Streamlit team,

I just deployed my first app yesterday and it was working fine.
However, when I tried to edit a CSV file to fix a small bug,
my account got blocked with this error:

“Your account has exceeded the fair-use limits and was blocked
by the system. Error Code: 403”

Now my app is completely down and I cannot access Streamlit Cloud.

Could you please review and unblock my account? This is my first
project and I only made 2-3 commits total.
