Account blocked

I am new user and deployed my app using streamlit cloud and within few days I started seeing this message on the app page “Error: Your account has exceeded the fair-use limits and was blocked by the system. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact customer support. Code: 403” What is wrong here. can anyone explain me and help to resolve it

Well, you got this message Maybe your app used so many resources and got blocked. It happens because there will be chances that your app gets too many visitors, it runs heavy calculations, or larger files are being uploaded, and to fix this, you have to optimize code, limit usage, or upgrade your plan. And if you think this block is a mistake, then you can directly contact customer support; they will definitely help you regarding this error.
