Account Locked in 403 Redirect Loop - Cannot Access Dashboard

Hello,

My app (ecolife-chatbot) hit the RAM limit and my account is now blocked with a 403 - Fair Use Limit error.

I am stuck in a redirect loop. Every time I log in (even to share.streamlit.io/deploy), I am forced to the broken app’s 403 error page.

I cannot access my dashboard or the ‘Manage app’ menu to delete the broken app. I am completely locked out.

Could you please manually delete the ecolife-chatbot app from my account so I can regain access to my dashboard?
