Hi, can I make an action-driven tooltips in Streamlit (the aim it to build a user walkthrough) like in this example?
I am aware of the traditional tooltips by using help parameter, e.g.
st.sidebar.file_uploader(caption, type=["csv"], help="tooltip text")
