Cannot reliably access my streamlit app how do I resolve?

I have a private application that is deployed on community cloud. I’ve had no issues for the last two weeks (when first deployed) but I have not been able to reliably access it all morning (10/30). It’s been difficult accessing any apps for that matter.

This application cannot experience downtime in the next month and I need to get a better understanding of how common this is and what solutions (if any) are there?

I’ll need to migrate to another platform if there is serious downtime issues like this.

Any help would be appreciated.
