Change Index names in the plots for bar graphs

How do I change my index to show names or anything else other than the numbers that come by default.

This is my app where I want to change

There are ways to modify the index but the way of doing it changes based on the specific library being utilized(e.g. matplotlib, plotly). Your Streamlit link is set as private so I was unable to visualize the graph. Could you please share the code or give additional information regarding the library used?
