Change of color for Navigation bar

I have multiple page app which can be navigated through radio button option.
The app is shown in the image below

Suppose if i switch between pages , i get red horizontal bar on the top of each page.

I want to make this red color to change to blue for each page.
I tried changing hex code of color by adding in one file . But still not reflecting.

Any suggestions please?
