Dataframe Table - Merge cells

Hi everyone!

I would like to merge some columns of a table only for some specific rows (like the excel function) to create different sections in the table. Anyone knows how this can be performed?

I couldn’t find any pandas style doing this, anyone knows some markdown work around or some solution for this?
