Is there any guarenteed way to prevent this error.

I am running the app from a github repository and I get this error when its on private and public, and it has previously run perfectly fine from the same repository (only change to code was added comments).

Seems you used the same slug to your site before and renaming it
try with different slug
if its working its slug problem maybe

I ran into the same issue when I redeployed the app after making a few changes in my Github repo. I changed the app URL, and it worked fine.
