Why are all API references in the “Display interactive widgets” (and maybe other API) now empty?

Had to go back to the 0.79 version to get the docs back

@jeremyyeo Thanks!! It would be nice to officially have them back it the latest version though 
This was a really subtle dependency issue, which will be resolved when this PR is merged:
