Getting this Delta Generator documentation whenever I click a button

Whenever I press any button on my app, I get this weird documentation. My github link: GitHub - Arnax308/Document_Tracker

I am using Streamlit version: Streamlit, version 1.43.2 and using Anaconda with python version 3.11.7.

I haven’t used streamlit much, so forgive me if the solution is obvious.
