I was thinking allowing users to be more flexible with UI, instead of fixed API on assigning various component blocks could be interesting approach?
Hey @ai_bi_ci - this looks very cool, especially for the sorts of dashboard apps that some Streamlit users are creating!
This dovetails with both our grid layout and plugin architecture plans for Streamlit in 2020! While I’m not sure we’ll end up doing any user-editable as this for our first pass at more complex layout, it’s the sort of thing we’re keeping in mind as we extend Streamlit. Thanks for sharing!
