Error 500

Summary

I am having problems uploading a file in the dashboard (I get 500 error). I already did what I found on the internet:

  • reload the page
  • launch the app again
  • change browser
  • clear cache

but I still can’t upload the file. This started to give me problems yesterday afternoon, that morning it was still working for me. I I would like to know if something similar has happened to you or if you have a solution to this 500 error.

How big is the file you’re uploading?

Hi, was very small but the bug has been fixed.Thank you, I think was a network issue
