Problem after file upload

Hi When i manually five my image, the code runs fina and i see all the desired things in the local browser. But when i try to briwse file and give a file, i recieve this error.

Please post code and error messages as plain text instead of pictures, so that people can more easily research the issue. Especially the code you are running, as it’s not clear what you are doing, so not much to suggest.
