Error H14 when deploying with Heroku

Hi, guys,

Does anyone have experience in Heroku deployment?
I finished app, pushed everything to Git and Heroku, and it generates the app link successfully but nothing shows up.

I have setup.sh, requirements.txt, and procfile

Thanks for your attention. Looking forward to the solution.
