Error: Your account exceeds fair use limit and was blocked by the system.

Summary
My Streamlit Cloud account was blocked due to “Fair Use” limitations.
I believe this happened because I created and deleted multiple apps during testing.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a new app from GitHub repo
  2. Delete the app
  3. Repeat this process several times during testing

Expected behavior
I expected to be able to test my apps without hitting a permanent block.

Actual behavior
My account is now blocked with the message:
“Your account has exceeded fair use limits and has been blocked by the system.”

Debug info
