Getting Streamlit running

Thanks for the reply, I’ve Python38 in the PATH, I can’t understand why its running ‘“c:\users\user\appdata\local\programs\python\python38-32\python.exe”

I’m guessing that it thinks streamlit is in that location even though it doesn’t exist?
