Hey @ChristianFJung,
Have you signed up on https://www.streamlit.io/sharing yet ? It usually takes @randyzwitch about 2-3 days to process those. If the email associated with Discourse is the same as the one from Github, he may even be able to check your position in the invite list.
Other than that, what kind of Heroku error are you seeing ? Maybe someone on the forum would have a guess on the problem / the answer will help other fellow members.
