How to add a running man label on the right of progress bar?

in using with progress bar, if there has a long time and many steps to finish,
we can not tell the progress is still running while page is already pull down by user and the running man label on the upper right corner of page.
in this situation, user can not see the program is still running.
if we have a progress bar like this, user can know the progress is running.
maybe we can add a gif picture on the right of progress bar?
