how to install xtb in streamlit cloud?

Dear users,

I am considering to install xtb package into streamlit clould. While xtb is not python based package. In xtb release site ( Release xtb version 6.6.1 · grimme-lab/xtb · GitHub ), both source and binary files are provided. In this case, how can I install it in the streamlit cloud?

Putting xtb in a packages.txt file might work.
