How to keep only Settings as the menu in hamburger (top right corner)

I have seen the way to hide a hamburger and footer. However I cannot find any post mentioned about hiding the specific option in hamburger.

So, I would like to know Is it possible to keep only setting and hide the rest in hamburger menu

Note: The reason I want only this is because I want my web app to support Dark mode - Light Mode which is embed in Settings
