Local and Network URL

Hi,

it may have already been answered, but I would like to ask if the Network URL can accommodate for multiple runs from multiple users.

For example, the same Network URL is shared to 3 different users. Can they use the application in an independent manner or each time a new event is triggered the app will restart for all of them.
