Login attempt to Streamlit Community Cloud fails with error 403

I am receiving the following error while trying to log into streamlit:

This isn’t supposed to happen.
Please contact support.

Error: Your account has exceeded the fair-use limits and was blocked by the system. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact customer support. Code: 403

Is anyone able to help unblock my account?
