Is this the first time your trying to deploy this app on sharing? or have you previously deployed it and it has suddenly stopped working?

it was working before. I updated the component, rebooted the app and then it stopped…

Ok the eng team has had a look and tweaked something in the back end (I’m not tech savvy enough to totally understand what they did :sweat_smile:). But they believe this should fix the issue your having with trying to launch it.
