My apps are sleeping and It doesn't wake up

Summary

Today, I have trouble with rebooting my apps. I have over 8 apps, and 3 of them are currently sleeping.
When I press the Yes, get this app back up! button, it tries to reboot but over an hour, it doesn’t proceed. (It took about a minute as before.)
I also pressed the Reboot button, but it still has no response.

Is there any other way to get those apps to reboot?

Hi @Edwinpark

Can you take a screenshot of how the app error log looks like after pressing rebooting and waiting for a bit for the server to start. Also it might also help to try again after a few hours or so.
