Not getting url to access for streamlit

I just tried to use streamlit today,when I run streamlit run app.py & npx localtunnel --port 8501

I’m getting network url,external url and localhost url.

I’m not getting the url to access Chatbot.

I’m behind corporate proxy,How can give proxy details for steamlit on Linux red hat machine.
