Hi,

Can someone assist me with this issue? I’ve just pushed a new update to my web app via github and I’m unable to load the page on deployment. I have tried rebooting multiple times, followed this page to limit memory (see attached screenshot), but nothing seems to work. I am getting a blank screen with the message “Oh no. Error running app. If this keeps happening, please contact support.”, and cannot access the “Manage App” button to check the logs, so I’ve got no idea what’s throwing this error.

My memory usage is around 400mb, so I don’t think it should be a memory issue.

Runs perfectly fine on local console. Here is a link for the app.

Update: was able to resolve this issue by completely deleting the app + redeploying, then rebooted several times.

Now, I’m getting an error: Bad message format Bad ‘setIn’ index 11 (should be between [0, 4]) with “tab”
