I am working on a Streamlit application hosted on Streamlit Cloud, and I am trying to integrate PLUMED into it. I’ve been able to run PLUMED commands locally without any issues, but when I try to execute them within the application on Streamlit Cloud, they don’t seem to work as expected.
I am wondering if anyone in the community has experience with running PLUMED commands in a cloud-hosted environment like Streamlit Cloud, and whether there are any special considerations or limitations I should be aware of.
