Request to change my Streamlit Community Cloud username

Hello Streamlit Team,

I would like to request a username change for my Streamlit Community Cloud account.

  • My current Streamlit username is: urbibib
  • My current GitHub username is: RivaniJahyanti

My Streamlit username is outdated and I would like it to match my current GitHub handle. Could you please help me update my Streamlit username to RivaniJahyanti?

I’m facing the same issue. I’d like to update my current Streamlit username to match my updated GitHub username. I haven’t found any solution for this yet

I think you have two options:

  1. You could open a support ticket.
  2. You could follow these instructions for creating a new account and merging into the old one.

Basically, if you create a new account with a different email (not starting from your GitHub account), then attach your GitHub account, you’ll merge everything into the new account. If you then log into your new account with your GitHub account, its email will be changed back to the email in your GitHub account.
