SCOPE-HC is an Oil and Gas upstream resource assessment tool. It provides a streamlined, web-based alternative to complex spreadsheets for calculating subsurface fluid volumes.

Technical Workflow: The app implements the Standard Petroleum Volumetric Equations. It processes user inputs for Bulk Volume (Vb), Net-to-Gross (NTG), Effective Porosity, and Water Saturation to derive Net Pore Volume.

Fluid Physics: It integrates Formation Volume Factors to convert reservoir conditions to surface conditions, outputting Stock Tank Oil Initially In Place (STOIIP) and Gas Initially In Place (GIIP). It also supports recovery factor inputs to estimate Recoverable Resources.
