I’m excited to share a project I’ve been working on: Smart Credit Risk XAI.

It’s a production-grade framework designed to transform “black-box” loan default predictions into transparent, human-readable insights.

  • LightGBM Backend: High-performance gradient boosting for accurate risk scoring.
  • XAI Integration: Leverages SHAP (SHapley Additive exPlanations) to provide real-time Force Plots and Waterfall plots for every prediction.
  • Premium UI: Custom CSS-styled dashboard with Glassmorphism effects and dynamic Plotly gauges.
  • 2026 Ready: Optimized for Python 3.13 and NumPy 2.1 stability.
