Streamlit was intended to replace Jupyter Notebooks, not to work inside them, as such we don’t have official support for this.

However please see this thread on using Jupyterhub + Streamlit.

quick update on using with docker-machine (I didn’t install the desktop edition on my new mac, figuring out the kinks/differences as I go, finally got around to testing streamlit). since docker won’t bind localhost to the docker-machine IP, you’ll have to disable CORS for local development.
