View-only-access-my-own-app issue

I cannot control or manage my deployed app on Streamlit Cloud. After some research, I found that changing the repository name on GitHub is the reason for getting only view-only access permissions. I need to delete my app. @SupportTeam, could you please resolve this issue? the link of my app: https://statistiqueproject-cfemrtqigxp5su8kb5fsxk.streamlit.app/
