When I try to install streamlit on windows I get [WinError 225] it says that the file contains a virus or potentially unwanted, please help me to solve this problem

WinError 225 is a Windows error message that occurs when your antivirus software blocks an installation or file because it detects it as a potential threat.

Did you try to disable your antivirus software temporarily while you install Streamlit?
