Account blocked by fair-use limits after creating new account

Hello,

I created a new Streamlit Community Cloud account for my company and attempted to deploy an app from GitHub. However, I immediately received the following error:

“Your account has exceeded the fair-use limits and was blocked by the system (403).”

This is a new account and only one app was deployed. Could you please review and unblock the account?
