New account blocked with 403 fair-use limit error on first deployment

Hi, I just created a new Streamlit Community Cloud account and I’m getting this error when trying to deploy my very first app: “Your account has exceeded the fair-use limits and was blocked by the system. Code: 403” I haven’t deployed anything before so this seems like a false positive. GitHub username: Bkhan1999 Could someone please help unblock my account? Thank you!

Hey @Bkhan1999, welcome to the Streamlit community and thanks for reaching out! Sorry you’re running into the 403 error on your very first deploy—this sometimes happens if the system mistakenly flags new accounts for exceeding fair-use limits, even if you haven’t deployed anything yet. Don’t worry, you’re not alone—this is a common issue for new users and is usually resolved quickly.

To get your account unblocked, you’ll need to open a support ticket and include your GitHub username. The Streamlit team will review your case and help restore access. You can find the step-by-step process in the official docs: How to submit a support case for Streamlit Community Cloud. Community members, feel free to jump in if you’ve experienced this and have tips to share!
