Created an all in one exe bundle for Streamlit

In case it’s helpful for others I wanted to share the following.

I have created a CI/CD build that creates a Windows Python Embedded based Streamlit windows executable.

The PR is within PyMedPhys and it can be seen over at https://github.com/pymedphys/pymedphys/pull/1192

If you just want to download the exe and take it for a spin it can be downloaded from https://github.com/pymedphys/pymedphys/suites/1501910589/artifacts/26256855

Hey @SimonBiggs!

Thanks for sharing this! I haven’t used windows in a while but I know many of our users do! This could be very useful for them (and me if I can ever get my old windows up and running! :thinking: :sweat_smile:)
