First app deploy: Request failed with status code 400

I am trying to create my first app from GitHub and i constantly get the Request failed with status code 400 when i hit deploy.

I see other people have had this issue but cannot see how it was resolved and those chats are now closed.

i do not have any special characters in my username, password or repo.
