Fixed height, scrollable container for checkboxes

Hi, I am building a chart that a user could select multiple countries. However, a list of countries is too long. How could I wrap the list into a container that the container is fixed height, and I could scroll the container to view the options? Thanks.

As per my understanding, I think it would be fine to use selectbox or miltiselect in your usecase.
