Forwarded URL doesn't have path?

I deployed my multi-page app on the community cloud at https://upskillai.streamlit.app/. I also purchased a domain at GoDaddy at https://upskillai.app and set up the forwarding with masking to https://upskillai.streamlit.app/?embedded=true. Now I notice the forwarding works well, but the url stays the same without adding the path when I switch between pages. As I want to extract paths and query parameters from url for some features, I am wondering if this is possible so that the own domain url would behave like the url on Streamlit.
