Is it possible to have a frozen navigation bar horizontally on the top so when the user scrolls down they have the convenience of navigating to other pages without really scrolling back up again and selecting the page from the header nav bar. Any suggestions please.

Natively, you can use the latest st.navigation however this is displayed in the sidebar. To have it displayed at the top, there is a third-party component called hydralit
Alternatively, you could also use CSS customization to do a hacky implementation:
