How to put Cell value into streamlit?

I have a question!

I want to put some value into streamlit, but I stucked at putting letter into streamlit.

In streamlit app, I want to put “Approval” status like A,B or C …

I want to put Approval status According to the ‘NAME-Row’ in my excel sheet.
(ex. If I choose ‘제주’ in the NAME row, Approval status shows C in streamlit app.
If I choose ‘고흥’, it shows B…)
