Locked out from Community Cloud due to email domain change

Hi all,
We’ve recently changed the email domain of our Google accounts from vizzuhq.com to vizzu.io. As a result, all accounts are the same from Google’s perspective but are different from Streamlit’s perspective, and hence, we can’t log in to access our apps.

Any suggestions to resolve this issue are much appreciated.

Hi Peter! In theory, most of the data is tied to the GitHub accounts, so you can use the new email addresses, add your old GitHub accounts, and you should be good to go.

The data that would be “lost” and stay in the old accounts is:

  • Invites to private apps by email
  • App favorites

At the moment, we do not have an easy way to migrate your accounts. If there is more data that you think is essential, please file a support ticket and attach information proving the ownership of the old and new account.
