Request to Unblock Streamlit Account Due to Fair-Use Limit (403 Error)

Dear Streamlit Support Team,

I am writing to request assistance with my Streamlit Cloud account, which is currently blocked due to a “fair-use limits exceeded” message (Error Code: 403).

I am the developer of a lightweight educational financial tool used for calculating swing trading risk and position sizing. I have optimized the app for minimal resource usage and have recently implemented caching and data throttling.

I respectfully request a review of the current restriction on my account, and if possible, a temporary reactivation or an increased usage allowance. If this requires moving to a higher tier or plan, I would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed.
