Social Sharing Meta tags

Hi! First of all, I just deployed my first streamlit app and I love it.

But when I wanted to share it with the world, it was a bit ugly because the html does not have any meta tags for social sharing. In the end I had to manually edit the index.html with the open graph tags and twitter card tags inside the package source files. (fb meta tags)

Is there a possibility to add this in a new version?
