Suddenly my app is not working

Hi people, my suddenly doesnt work eventhough it worked for the past few months without any problems:

The app is deployed on the community cloud at https://gcem-dashboard.streamlit.app

The error:

Is it a ram problem? if so, how do i check and solve it

Hello, my app is not working today. I tried to login from different devices but cannot use it. How can I solve it? thank you
