TFinder: A Python Web Tool for Predicting Transcription Factor Binding Sites (update)

Hi Streamlit Community!

I’m thrilled to share an exciting update about TFinder, a software tool designed to accelerate research in life sciences by identifying regulatory gene regions and transcription factor binding sites.

When we first envisioned TFinder, we wanted it to be intuitive, accessible, and powerful—three qualities that Streamlit embodies perfectly. Thanks to Streamlit, we’ve been able to create a user-friendly app that simplifies complex workflows and makes cutting-edge bioinformatics tools available to researchers everywhere.

Recently, TFinder has reached an important milestone: our work has been published on Journal of Molecular Biology, and the tool is gaining traction in academia and public research! :rocket: This success wouldn’t have been possible without Streamlit’s incredible platform, which enabled us to quickly prototype, deploy, and share our application with a growing community of users.

As TFinder’s user base grows, we’re also expanding its reach. TFinder is now hosted on platforms like Health Universe to ensure scalability and reliability.

A huge THANK YOU to the Streamlit team and this amazing community for empowering developers and researchers like us. Your support and innovation make tools like TFinder possible.
