The dashboard does not show my app

Hi, I am new in streamlit and this is my first app deployed.
It is working normally and other users can open it.

App link: Ford & Mazda PATS Assistant · Streamlit (ford-mazda-assistant-app-wd5syxzzzjajpp9nanqjaw.streamlit.app)

However, the streamlit cloud dashboard does not show it, the message below appears:

Huh.

This isn’t supposed to happen.
Please contact support.

Furthermore, there is a message on the “manage app” which I am more sure that matters, but I posted here just in case:

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
