đź«“ Tired of Switching 6 Tabs to Analyze a Market? I Built CDM for Learning & Research

:flatbread: CDM — The All-in-One Market Intelligence Dashboard I Just Built

After weeks of research, coding, and testing… I’m finally launching CDM (Cu Do Market) — a fully integrated market analysis platform built for traders and researchers.

 The Problem I Wanted to Solve

Every time you analyze a market, you’re juggling 5–6 different tabs — price charts, COT data, seasonality stats, community sentiment, economic calendar, news feed…

CDM brings everything together. One place, zero tab-switching.

:high_voltage: What’s Inside CDM?

:chart_increasing: Candlestick & Volume Charts Multi-timeframe OHLCV with dark styling, swing high/low markers, and moving averages across 1D, 1W, and 1M.

:clipboard: COT Positioning COT Index (0–100) for Commercials, Large Speculators, and Retail. Extreme zones highlighted automatically.

:ocean: Seasonality Analysis Monthly average % change with lookback periods of 2y / 5y / 10y / 15y / 20y. Spot recurring patterns instantly.

:compass: Community Sentiment Long/Short % from Myfxbook, refreshed every 4 hours. Displayed as a clean donut chart per symbol.

:date: Economic Calendar High & medium impact events and holidays across G8 currencies. Actual vs Forecast with color-coded results.

:newspaper: News Feed Filter financial news by country, keyword, and date range — without ever leaving the dashboard.

how do you switch from tab to tab, could you share screen shot please ?

CDM uses a sidebar navigation on the left — you simply click on the section you want: Home, Dashboard, News, or Economic Calendar. No tab-switching needed, it works like a multi-page app so navigation is instant.

Here’s a screenshot of the Economic Calendar section so you can see the layout:

The sidebar also includes all filters like date range and currency selection, so everything stays in one place without cluttering the main view.

Hope that clears it up! Let me know if you have any other questions.

  • Technical Analysis of the Financial Markets de John J. Murphy

  • Trading in the Zone de Mark Douglas
